I offer a wide range of technical support/consulting services for clients with existing websites. Currently, I work primarily with clients with WordPress websites. I do have an extremely diverse technical background so if you have a non-Wordpress challenge you can still contact me.

When I was starting my business one of the things I saw was a need for experienced technical professionals who would teach bloggers and others who run their own WordPress websites how to do things themselves. I would see so many of my blogger friends hung up on technical problems where all they needed was a little support to help them along.
There are people that just want their technical problem solved and others who want to learn how to do things themselves. I am happy to meet you where ever you fall on this continuum. And if it’s different depending on the day and the problem, that’s OK too.
Services include (but are not limited to):
- I am currently working at capacity. Potential new projects will be put on a waitlist (currently 2-3 months out). I will schedule a 1-hour consultation in the meantime to help you decide if I am a good fit.
- If you truly need urgent technical help with something that has broken on your website, I can prioritize this at an increased billing rate.
- My priorities are providing excellent customer service and making great websites. This means I always respond to existing customers first and sometimes it takes me a few days to respond to new inquiries. (I’ve always been baffled by companies that put sales before existing clients.)
